1. How do I submit a listing?

To post, simply complete the relevant form on our platform. We offer two types:
  • Sell & Rent Form (Orange): For properties available for sale or lease.
  • Requirement Form (Green): For specific "Want to Buy" or "Want to Lease" requests.
All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*). Please ensure you complete these fields to avoid submission errors. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed by the Revolution Address team for approval.

2. What happens after I submit?

The Revolution Address team reviews every listing for guideline compliance and accuracy.
  • Business Hours (8:00AM - 8:00PM): Reviews typically take one hour.
  • After Hours: Submissions made overnight will be processed first thing the following day.
Approved listings go live immediately. If revisions are needed, you will receive a detailed email from our team.

3. What types of properties are permitted?

We focus exclusively on the secondary market. Pre-selling projects are strictly prohibited at this time.

4. How long do listings stay active?

Each listing remains live for thirty (30) days.
  • Reminders: You will receive an automated email notification five (5) days before expiration.
  • Renewals: You can extend your listing for another 30 days by following the renewal instructions in your notification email.
  • Expiration: Listings are automatically archived after 30 days.

5. Can I edit or remove my listing?

To maintain a clean, accurate, and secure environment, brokers cannot edit live listings directly. All modification or removal requests must be submitted via our

. We process these updates promptly during standard business hours to ensure your data stays current.

6. How do you ensure data accuracy and authenticity?

While we review every submission for quality and compliance, Revolution Address does not independently verify property ownership or agent credentials. Brokers and agents are solely responsible for the truthfulness of their listings and for ensuring they have the legal authority to market the property.

7. Is my information secure?

Yes, the security and privacy of your information is important to us. All information submitted to Revolution Address is handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable Philippine data protection regulations. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
However, please be aware that by submitting a listing, your contact information and property details will be publicly displayed on the platform for potential buyers and lessees to view. 8. Are there listing fees?

Currently, all listings and renewals are free of charge during our promotional launch period. In the future, a renewal fee will apply to extend a listing beyond its initial thirty-day active period. Any changes to our fee structure will be announced on the platform well in advance.

9. Can buyers or tenants contact me directly through the platform?

Yes, Revolution Address displays your contact information publicly on each listing, allowing potential buyers, lessees, or clients to reach out to you directly. The platform serves as a bulletin board to connect you with interested parties without intermediaries. All inquiries, negotiations, and communications regarding properties are conducted directly between you and the interested party. Revolution Address does not facilitate, mediate, or participate in any transactions, communications, or agreements between agents and their clients. This ensures you maintain full control over your client relationships and business transactions.
