Submission Guidelines

Revolution Address is built on clarity and trust. To maintain a clean and professional standard, please adhere to the following rules:
  • Keep Titles Concise: Indicate only the exact subdivision or building name, city/municipality, and province of the property.
  • No Search Tagging: Adding unrelated areas or places to your title or description to boost search visibility is strictly prohibited.
  • No Personal Duplicates: To keep the platform clutter-free, an individual agent or broker may not post the same property listing more than once. While we recognize that different authorized representatives may sometimes market the same property, repetitive "spam" posting by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will be removed.
  • No NSFW Content: Any listings containing sexually explicit, suggestive, or inappropriate imagery/language are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
  • No External Links: Linking out to personal websites or other platforms is not permitted.
The Revolution Address team reserves the right to edit, reject, or remove listings that violate these guidelines to ensure our data remains accurate and reliable for everyone.

1. Choose the Correct Form

Select the form that matches your objective:
  • Toggle the Sell and Rent Form (Orange) to post properties available for sale or for rent.
  • Toggle the Requirement Form (Blue) to post a “want to buy” or “want to lease” requirement.

2. Upload Photos

To ensure a smooth upload process, please check your image files before adding them to your listing:
  • Photos are in JPG or PNG format
  • You can upload up to 10 photos with max size of 100 MB
  • Privacy Check: Ensure photos do not contain identifiable faces of bystanders, car license plates, or sensitive personal items.

3. Complete All Required Fields

All required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).
  • Do not leave any required field blank
  • Missing required fields may cause the form to return an error

4. Review & Approval

Once you submit your listing:
  • Review Process: The Revolution Address team reviews listings during business hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM).
  • Approval Time: Listings are typically processed within one hour during these times.

  • Missing Information: Are all required fields (*) completed?
  • Image Specs: Are your photos JPG/PNG and under the size limit?
  • Still stuck? Try refreshing your browser, clearing your cache, or simply waiting a few minutes before trying again.
